We're looking for an experienced, organized and creative-minded Account & Project Manager to join our team at Red Bicycle Communications.

We're a boutique marketing agency working with clients across a wide range of industries. One day you're helping launch a campaign, the next you're coordinating an event, managing a website project or brainstorming a new strategy.

We like to have fun, we work hard, and we take pride in what we create. We're looking for someone who feels the same.

Your main hustle...

Manage client relationships, projects, timelines and deliverables from start to finish.
Lead and support coordinators, providing direction, feedback and accountability.
Delegate work effectively while balancing client budgets, team capacity and deadlines.
Work alongside our creative team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
Develop project briefs, coordinate vendors and oversee production and execution.
Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality and alignment with client expectations.
Contribute to creative strategy, content development and digital marketing initiatives.
Identify challenges, find solutions and keep projects moving efficiently.

What you bring

3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an agency, marketing or project management environment.
Experience leading people, coordinating teams or supervising projects.
Exceptional organization, communication and time-management skills.
Strong writing abilities and a creative, strategic mindset.
Confidence managing multiple clients, projects and competing priorities.
An understanding of project budgets, timelines and resource management.
The ability to work independently, take ownership and follow through.
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to deliver quality work efficiently.
The confidence to give and receive direct, constructive feedback.
